Coupling and decoupling

Always check if the trailer is correctly coupled and locked by pushing and pulling the drawbar up and down.

  • Make sure the nose wheel is completely retracted so it cannot hit the road surface during use.
  • Make sure there is ample space for the lighting and security cable.
  • If you turn the nose wheel before pulling it up, it can become difficult or impossible to couple and lock the trailer
  • Do not park the trailer for prolonged periods on solely the handbrake. For this purpose use a wheel clamp
